NASA's Chief of Human Spaceflight, William H. Gerstenmaier, said his agency "was unable to put a date" on a manned Mars Mission because of a "lack of funds". President Donald J. Trump signed a bill in March approving $19.5 billion for the project targeted for 2025. Gerstenmaier's snub was made while V.P. Mike Pence was visiting NASA in Houston.
"The President is not a subject or target of an investigation" by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, said Jay Sekulow, President Donald J. Trump's personal attorney. A video is attached of Sekulow's comments made on national television yesterday.
Jeff Session said Wednesday that his Justice Dept. stopped paying "extortion" money to non-profit groups who had no right to it. Three billion dollars were paid to La Raza, the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and the National Urban League. It was illegally diverted from funds owed victims in federal court cases.
Judge Rosemary Collyer, pictured above, Presiding Judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), ruled the FBI illegally outsourced an unlimited amount of top secret surveillance information to 70 private contractors.
Judge Collyer also said the FBI acted unlawfully and was in defiance of previous court orders and should be stopped immediately. The Judge's 99-page ruling dated April 26, 2017 is attached. The names of the private contractors and reporters given access to top secret information will be disclosed in Congressional Hearings and public information lawsuits.
FISA Court Judge Rosemary M. Collyer ruled that President Barack Obama and his top officials approved illegal surveillance on 30,055 citizens. Furthermore, Judge Collyer disclosed that one of every 20 data searches by the NSA on other citizens were illegal. This collection of illegal data was compiled during the 2016 Presidential Election Campaign.
He admitted it in a letter dated Sept. 25th, 2016 to James Comey, former FBI Director. Copy of Carter Page’s letter is linked in the story. The FBI never needed to get a FISA warrant for Carter Page. Their spies never do.
The FBI and DHS failed to note that the software allegedly used to hack the DNC was obsolete or made in the Ukraine. Nor was the source of the computer virus attack identified. Regardless, the U.S. Intelligence services still blamed it on the Russians. No one signed their name to the report.
Bribery is no longer a crime in the U.S., according to Chief Justice John Roberts. It is no longer illegal for politicians to accept money, trips, watches, loans regardless of amount, designer clothes, or other items of value that were given for future unspecified action.
