Liu was nominated Dec. 10th for a position in the Treasury by the President. Flynn’s sentencing date is Feb. 28th.
The FBI signed bogus treaties with Ukraine authorized by FBI Directors Mueller, McCabe, Comey, and Wray. It allows the FBI to spy on U.S. citizens in Ukraine without being subject to U.S. law. The abuse is ongoing. The treaties from 2014 are sealed in Ukrainian court.

Prosecutors said today that former General Mike Flynn failed “to accept responsibility” for lying to the FBI. They recommended Flynn spend up to six months in jail. On Dec. 18th, 2016, former Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller recommended none. Flynn has until Jan. 20th to respond to the prosecutors’ sentencing recommendation.

None of his reports to Congress address the issue of citizen surveillance abuses. The FISA court ruled four years ago that NSA had illegally spied on 30,055 Americans and gave 70 private contractors “unrestricted access” to secret spy data. Rather than being addressed, Storch has covered them up.
