Tedros’ authority supersedes American law one year after he unilateral declares a public health emergency of international or regional concern or in the event of an intermediate health alert. Since the U.S. has declared a COVID-19 health emergency through Oct. 24th, 2024, Tedros can take over as President.

By declaring a “public health emergency of international concern.” Congress gave that power to Xavier Becerra, head of Health & Human Services (HHS). He unilaterally declared that the COVID-19 “public health emergency” was extended to October 21st, 2024. Becerra’s dictatorship will stand unless a new Congress is elected on November 8th and replaces him.

Who got to the Judge? He told the defendant on Feb. 4th to anticipate ten years in jail. Instead, the sentence was three months. What happened?

Prosecutors filed a late-night appeal today to stop the dismissal of the Bijan Kian Rafiekian case. A jury found Kian guilty of being a spy for Turkey. Judge Trenga threw out the verdict. However, an Appeals Court reinstated the conviction. Trenga is going to try to dismiss the case tomorrow. Bijan is the Iranian-born partner of Gen. Mike Flynn.

On Tues., Judge Trenga will do it again. Dismiss the criminal case against Iranian national Bijan Kian Rafiekian, formerly of Flynn Intel Group (FIG). Kian was an unregistered spy working for Turkey. Instead of 15 years in jail, Kian will skate. Trenga will get the Prosecution to drop their request to retry the case. The Appeals Court reinstated the Kian’s jury conviction, reversed Trenga’s dismissal of the case, and instructed the Judge not to retry it. Instead, Trenga ignored the Appeals Court's decision and invented one of his own. With a better result for his boss, George Soros.
