Stacey Abrams (D-GA)

This morning, Federal Judge Steve C. Jones dismissed a frivolous voter intimidation lawsuit.

It was filed by Stacy Abrams’ $23 million political action non-profit, Fair Fight.

Judge Jones ruled Abrams had insufficient evidence to prove her case.

Instead, the purpose of Abrams’ lawsuit was to bankrupt the defendants.

Abrams told Congress she lost the race for Georgia Governor in 2018 because it was “stolen from her” by True the Vote, a Houston non-profit.

Abrams and other plaintiffs must pay the attorney fees of those she sued.

Over a million dollars.

Who will be ordered to pay the damages?

Besides Abrams, other parties responsible for initiating this frivolous legal action include:

Marc Elias, Hillary Clinton’s attorney, and his legal organization called Democracy Docket
the U.S. Dept. of Justice (DOJ)
the UN’s Jimmy Carter Center
other attorneys hired by Abrams and her (PAC) political action committee called Fair Fight

Judge Jones ordered a final tally be submitted to him by Jan. 16th.

True the Vote was the first to find evidence that U.S. election data was stored in China.

The evidence is buried in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

A Jan. 17th ruling will be made to release it to a Georgia state court.

It proves China steals elections in Georgia using PollChief election software by Konnech CEO Eugene Yu.
