Reports that the Konnech CEO Eugene Yu case was dismissed on Nov. 9th are fake news.

There have been eleven hearings since then.

The next one is Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Clara Shortridge Courthouse in Los Angeles, California.

The case number is BA509784.

Defense attorneys anticipate receiving paper copies of what is on the Konnech servers.

Konnech is a company based in China.

It makes election software.

According to Konnech whistleblower Grant Bradley, all of Konnech’s data is stored and programmed in China.

Eugene Yu is a Chinese spy who lived in Okemos, Michigan, for 35 years.

He returned to China on Nov. 9th with his wife, Donna Wang, after she cashed in Eugene’s bond for $500,000.

Yu works for the Department of Homeland Security, rigging elections for Congress and the Pentagon.

LA Judge Armenui Amy Ashvanian ordered Konnech’s servers to open on Dec. 9th.

She denied the defense’s request for their return.

The LA Commissioners delayed paying the $125,000 fee to crack the servers until Feb. 9th.

Servers send, receive, and store data over the internet.

According to Los Angeles Prosecutors, the servers have enough storage space to include the data of everyone in the U.S.

With plenty to spare.

There are 29 updates on the Eugene Yu $2.6 million embezzlement case since his arrest at the Lansing, Michigan airport on Oct. 4th.

Yu attempted to flee the country after being tipped off by the FBI.
