Caterpillar hired Strzok's boss to stop SEC probe
Randall Coleman, pictured above, was hired by Caterpillar (CAT) as their Chief of Security in January, 2017.
CAT is the world's largest construction equipment manufacturer.
Caterpillar media representatives Jessica Polk and Corrie Scott confirmed Coleman’s hire. They wanted to know where this story was going.
CAT failed to disclose that “Randy” was Peter Strzok’s (pronounced strock) boss.
And that Coleman knew Strzok’s wife, Melissa Hodgman.
She works at the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Who said Randy Coleman was Peter Strzok’s boss?
His former boss, John Giacalone.
John testified before the House Judiciary Committee on June 21st, 2018.
It was given under oath and was 146-pages.

John Giacalone was Executive Assistant Director of the National Security Branch.
Giacalone was in charge of all counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and mass destruction FBI operations all over the world.
He assigned Randy Coleman’s to hire the team investigating Hillary Clinton.
Randy picked Peter Strzok and Lisa Page to lead the probe for the FBI/CIA.
At the SEC, one person, Melissa Hodgman, Mrs. Peter Strzok, has the power to start or stop any foreign financial criminal matter.
She decides what SEC matters are investigated by the IRS and the FBI.
She decides what SEC matters are referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.
Mrs. Peter Strzok stopped the Hillary Clinton e-mail matter. After she did, Hodgman got promoted within the week.
Much easier to stop an SEC investigation into Caterpillar.
And she did just that.
At the time of Randy Coleman’s hire, Caterpillar had been under SEC and IRS investigation for eight years.
It was national news.
Caterpillar was raided by the FBI and IRS on March 3rd, 2017.

A stockholder class action law suit was filed in Newman v. Caterpillar Inc et al, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, No. 17-01713.
Caterpillar (CAT), a public company, made no effort to disclose their hire of Randy Coleman as their Chief of Security.

In fact, they covered it up by failing to issue a press release disclosing it. Caterpillar’s media department confirmed it on May 21st.
CAT covered it up by never disclosing the Coleman/Strzok relationship to stockholders in public statements or SEC filings.
Do the attorneys for Caterpillar know?
The CIA began infiltrating FBI and Justice Department in when Bill Clinton was President.
Claiming “national security”, these feds are immune from prosecution or disclosure.
Who knew Peter Strzok worked for the CIA and FBI at the same time?
