The next pre-trial evidence court hearing is on April 11th.

There have been 12 since November 9th.

The pre-trial hearings aim to provide copies of the evidence to criminal defense attorneys.

So far, they have received nothing from the court.

Their client is Konnech CEO, Eugene Yu.

Defense attorneys have been advised that criminal charges are forthcoming, including:

  • embezzlement

  • conspiracy

  • fugitive from justice for fleeing the country

Konnech receives, sends, and stores its clients’ election data from thousands of Election Boards.

It has been stored in Wuhan, China, since 2006.

According to two Konnech whistleblowers and the Australian government.

The whistleblowers are:

Other primary sources are public officials in Australia.

Is three weeks enough time for all the data on the Konnech servers to be downloaded?

None of the parties, including defense attorneys, anticipate it will.

How much data are on the servers?

They contain 350 terabytes.

That is enough storage to save the data of every registered voter in America.

With plenty of room to spare.

And send it to Wuhan, China.

Whether or not they purchased Konnech election software.
