Konnech admits its election data is in Beijing

Their admission was made on Wednesday in the above case in Houston Federal Court.

The Judge will sign it later today, dismissing the case.

What does that mean?

It is an admission that Konnech sends its clients’ election data from thousands of Election Boards to Beijing, China.

Konnech makes and sells election software.

That admission now makes those election officials personally liable for the following:

  • dereliction of duty

  • identity theft

  • breach of contract

  • misrepresentation of election data

What changed Konnech’s mind?

His attorney read this story dated March 31st:
