Wisely admitted she can’t contact her client, Eugene Yu, by:

Alexis told the Judge it would take two weeks to verify whether Konnech’s servers were returned to China.

Konnech makes election software developed in Wuhan.

It is based in Beijing.

The China Communist Party (CCP) owns Konnech.

Konnech has over 1000 Election Boards as customers.

Its clients’ data is stored in China.

Its votes are counted in Barcelona, Spain, from software purchased from Scytl.

Konnech and Scytl are partners.

After 15 evidence hearings in Los Angeles Superior Court, Prosecutor Luke Sisak dropped the Yu case last week.

Eugene was charged with conspiracy to embezzle $2.6 million from Los Angeles County, California.
