The DOD is the Department of Defense.

It is also called the Pentagon.

The DOD set up an ongoing contract on July 9th, 2010 with a company headquartered in China.

The company?

Konnech (pronounced connect).

It is owned by the Chinese Army which owns the China Communist Party (CCP).

It specializes in rigging elections.

Its subsidiaries are in:

The person in charge of these subsidiaries is known to the FBI as the Chinese spy, Jianwei “Eugene” Yu.

His criminal trial starts in Los Angeles tomorrow.

The charge is “Embezzlement of Public Funds” in the amount of $2,645,000,

A copy of the eight-page indictment is linked here:

What is an “ongoing contract”?

A deal that never ends once it starts.

It gives the vendor the right to bill and get paid for anything it wants.

Whenever it wants.

Congress calls it a “Blanket Purchase Agreement” or an “Indefinite Delivery Vehicle”.

It was to rig absentee mail-in ballots for the Pentagon and these three states:

  • Montana

  • Nevada

  • New Jersey

No one, not even the Pentagon, knows how much it has paid a company called Konnech.

Why?

Because their purchases are processed without invoices.

And the Pentagon has no clue what it spends.

It has never passed an audit.

Despite that, Congress keeps on approving more money for defense.

And for rigging elections.
