Mark Hazelwood wants new trial, fires attorney Rusty Hardin for being "ineffective"

Mark Hazelwood has asked for a new trial. He is facing 20 years in prison for fraud and witness tampering. Sentencing is Aug. 22nd at 2 p.m.

Hazelwood was former President of Flying Pilot J. He was Jimmy Haslam's right-hand man. Haslam remains Pilot's CEO and owns the Cleveland Browns.

Hazelwood blamed his conviction on his attorney, the judge, and prosecutors.
