Yesterday, a $10 million claim for cyber security and privacy liability issues was filed against Runbeck and Dominion voting systems.

The claims were filed with:

  • CNA

  • Hanover Insurance Group

Why?

Runbeck and Dominion’s negligence caused harm to registered voters of Douglas County, Nevada.

How?

By compromising Douglas County’s election data and confidential personal information.

It includes identity theft and data like its employees' and registered voters' Social Security numbers.
