Mark Hazelwood was sentenced to 12.5 years. He could have gotten 14. He filed an appeal and still says he is innocent.

Heather Jones, a former Account Representative of Pilot, will also be sentenced on Aug. 22nd with Hazelwood.
She stole $5,448,497 in customer money over the same five-year period as Hazelwood.
