The allegations are between Dec. 21st, 2011 and Oct. 1st, 2014.

The Uranium One deal started in 1993.

At the time, Lambert was CEO of Transport Logistics.

The company had a monopoly on transporting uranium contained in 20,000 Russian nuclear warheads.

Lambert is the last and final case in the Uranium One fiasco.

Prosecutors can, however, charge other co-conspirators under the same case.

The other three cases resulted in two guilty pleas and jail sentences.

Judge Charles Day ruled in 2014 that prosecutors had no reason to arrest Mark Lambert.

Prosecutors admitted yesterday that the Lambert case has nothing to do with:

  • Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation

  • Hillary Clinton, in her former role as Secretary of State

  • Clinton Foundation

  • the sale of 20 per cent of U.S. uranium to a Russian company

  • President Donald J. Trump

  • alleged Russian interference with U.S. elections

  • Committee on Foreign Investment (CFIUS) who approved sale of uranium to Russia

Prosecutors filed 20 pages of items it would like to exclude as evidence.

Prosecutors also said they wanted to exclude evidence presented in other Uranium One cases.

All four Uranium One cases were assigned to Judge Theodore Chuang.

Rod Rosenstein headed the prosecution team.

Former FBI Director and Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller hired:

  • Rod Rosenstein

  • Brett Kavanaugh, now a Supreme Court Judge

  • Ken Starr

. . . to investigate charges of impeachment against President Bill Clinton.

Starr’s team found nothing.

Hillary Clinton was never charged in her role in Uranium One.

Judge Tonya Chutkan covered up a Russian spy’s role as a money launderer in the Uranium One case.

It involved Mariia Butina.

She was convicted of being a Russian spy.

Butina will be released from prison on Oct. 25th.

She will return to Russia.
