America’s voting machine systems are connected to the Carter Center in Atlanta and Beijing.
He used a virtual machine or VM to insert 104,000 votes into a rogue Dominion server to elect the wrong Georgia Senator on November 22nd, 2022.
Details were released into evidence during a trial in Atlanta Federal Court last week.

Virtual Machine, VM, or VMware, is a computer system that runs on its software rather than hardware.
Artificial intelligence (AI) doesn’t mean the same as virtual machines or VMs.
AI is the code that runs the application and database layer.
It runs the VM’s application or database layer.
Each VM behaves like an independent computer and runs on its operating system.
VM also has hardware stacks in a location selected by its owner.
It needs them to save the data sent from its customer or host.
Invisible.
Impossible to detect.
VMs superimpose themselves like a diver’s wetsuit over existing telecommunication lines that send, receive, and store data.
