On Wednesday at 8:30 a.m., the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office will be ordered to release the Konnech evidence to a court in Atlanta.

For the second time.

The first was on Oct. 25th.

It was delayed until Wednesday.

But there is a catch:

Sisak doesn’t have it.

He dismissed his case against Eugene Yu and Konnech in November.

He mailed the DA’s evidence to Konnech CEO Eugene Yu in Malaysia on April 27th.

After LA Judge Amy Ashvanian was paid a visit by Homeland Security.

And dismissed the case behind closed doors in her chambers.
