World Bank rejects Kolomoisky’s lawyer in Optima asset seizure case
Above is FBI informant and Ukrainian billionaire oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky.
Kolomoisky bought the Ukrainian government.
One of his lawyers is Michael Chertoff.
He works for Homeland Security while practicing law at Covington.
Two weeks ago, the World Court rejected Chertoff as Ihor’s choice as an arbiter in Kolomoisky’s Optima arbitration asset seizure case.

The one at 55 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.
His company, Optima, owns prime commercial real estate in nearly every major city in the U.S.
The Justice Department is trying to seize and sell it.
With the money supporting the DNC (Democrat National Committee).
After being rinsed through a variety of phony non-profits like the Carter Center.
Kolomoisky filed the legal dispute with the World Bank’s international Appeals Court.
It is called the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Why?
Their ruling supersedes U.S. law.
It started with the Biden Administration directing his Justice Department to transfer it to the United Nations (UN) last year on May 19th.
The World Bank removed Michael Chertoff as Ihor Kolomoisky’s choice for arbiter in an asset seizure case based in Ukraine.
The case is being heard in Washington, D.C.

David A. Pawlak replaced Chertoff on Jan. 24th.
The court’s next hearing in the Kolomoisky-Optima case has yet to be scheduled.
The main reasons for removing Chertoff were he still works for:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
and Covington, a law firm representing Optima in other matters
