The FBI signed bogus treaties with Ukraine authorized by FBI Directors Mueller, McCabe, Comey, and Wray. It allows the FBI to spy on U.S. citizens in Ukraine without being subject to U.S. law. The abuse is ongoing. The treaties from 2014 are sealed in Ukrainian court.
