Georgia, the UN’s Carter Center, and the Fulton Co. Board of Elections signed the illegal UN treaty on Oct. 18th. Georgia’s election data is being sent from a dedicated Huawei telecom system. It was sold to them by the brother of the Secretary of State. So, where is the election data going? A better question may be, where isn’t it going?
Yu hires global third-party contractors to write code for his voting machine systems. However, he cannot control where they send and store election data and voter profiles. The same contractors also work for other voting machine system companies. One is Scytl in Barcelona, Spain. Another is the Paragon Group in Malta, London, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Paragon owns Scytl.
It is a trend that started yesterday in Los Angeles (LA). But it will spread to Big Cities everywhere starting today. Mayors just became dictators using “emergency powers.” Karen Bass, the new Mayor of LA, is the model. To do what? Anything she wants.
According to Russia, Whelan is an FBI informant, arms dealer, and spy. He was in the middle of the Las Vegas concert shootings on Oct. 1st, 2017. At the time of his arrest in Moscow, Whelan worked for BorgWarner, a defense contractor. He was Head of Global Security. Ask them why they fired him and want Whelan to stay in Russia.
The loophole is “Scytl online training.” It is on page two of Exhibit A in LA’s election contract with Konnech CEO Eugene Yu. His company has no obligation to guarantee that its third-party contractors will keep LA’s election safe and secure. Who forgot to read the 160-page agreement?
As of Friday. Jason Carter announced it at a press conference of the UN’s Board of Councilors Meeting in Atlanta. He is the United Nations (UN) head of their Carter Center subsidiary. Jason said the UN must step in “protect elections and democracy” in the U.S. and 59 other countries worldwide.

There was no court record from Tuesday’s hearing. The storage device containing the country’s voting registration list was returned to the defendant after a five-minute hearing.
It is in Paragraph 23 of the White House press release dated Nov. 15th. An Executive Order will be issued mandating it before Christmas. Also on the agenda this week was money to pay Ukraine for transferring its Biolabs to Indonesia.
While fleeing the country, Yu left his cell phone behind in Michigan. He wanted to avoid being tracked. As a result, he was arrested trying to board a plane at the airport in Lansing, Michigan. The FBI tipped off Yu.
Oct. 10th, 2019, was when the LA DA’s investigation into Konnech CEO Eugene Yu started. Today, the Judge returned the evidence to Yu. Without evidence, the LA DA has no case. However, fraudulent elections in LA continue. Like when Karen Bass (D-CA) was elected Mayor on Nov. 8th.
Yu is the CEO of Konnech, a China-based software company. They use contractors in China and Barcelona, Spain, to design their products. Their software runs voting machine systems for over a thousand election boards in the U.S. Their data ends up in China.
The source is the Pentagon. So how much did they pay to transfer Ukraine’s Biolabs to Indonesia? To which one of Indonesia’s 14,000 islands? A video of today’s Pentagon press conference is included.
File a claim for breach of contract for theft of personal data sent to China, Barcelona, Spain, and Malta caused by cyber breaches by Konnech. It is an insolvent company that makes software for voting machine systems. Please make public information requests for the Board of Elections’ contract with Konnect; other liability or umbrella policies; what public officials are bonded for theft, misconduct, or breach of duty in office, and how much? Then call the insurance company’s fraud department to file a claim.
The source is the World Health Organization. The purpose of a Pandemic Treaty is for 194 countries to create a one-world government under WHO leadership. The treaties are triggered with a declaration of any health emergency as determined by the head of WHO.
The fix was in. It was the only way to get Bass elected Mayor of Los Angeles. It is how she has been re-elected to Congress. Bass pledges allegiance to the UN. She wants to replace the Constitution with International Law under the UN Bill of Human Rights.
How did Yu leave the country without a passport? His wife, Donna Wang, M.D., left Michigan State without notice after working there for 25 years. Konnech’s U.S. headquarters in E. Lansing, Michigan, was vacated on Oct. 14th.
The Prosecution still has Yu’s passport and encrypted device that contains 350 terabytes of data. That is enough to store every registered voter in the U.S., plus all the fraudulent ones used in last week’s General Election. So, where was the Konnech CEO? Absent from court yesterday. The next hearing is Tuesday in Los Angeles County Court.
China’s Xi, Biden, and President Clinton are the sources. The U.S. is paying China to build 91 new Biolabs. In addition, China gets free tech and other intellectual property developed in the U.S. universities since 1999.
