Yu hires global third-party contractors to write code for his voting machine systems. However, he cannot control where they send and store election data and voter profiles. The same contractors also work for other voting machine system companies. One is Scytl in Barcelona, Spain. Another is the Paragon Group in Malta, London, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Paragon owns Scytl.

The loophole is “Scytl online training.” It is on page two of Exhibit A in LA’s election contract with Konnech CEO Eugene Yu. His company has no obligation to guarantee that its third-party contractors will keep LA’s election safe and secure. Who forgot to read the 160-page agreement?

Oct. 10th, 2019, was when the LA DA’s investigation into Konnech CEO Eugene Yu started. Today, the Judge returned the evidence to Yu. Without evidence, the LA DA has no case. However, fraudulent elections in LA continue. Like when Karen Bass (D-CA) was elected Mayor on Nov. 8th.

Yu is the CEO of Konnech, a China-based software company. They use contractors in China and Barcelona, Spain, to design their products. Their software runs voting machine systems for over a thousand election boards in the U.S. Their data ends up in China.

The source is the Pentagon. So how much did they pay to transfer Ukraine’s Biolabs to Indonesia? To which one of Indonesia’s 14,000 islands? A video of today’s Pentagon press conference is included.

File a claim for breach of contract for theft of personal data sent to China, Barcelona, Spain, and Malta caused by cyber breaches by Konnech. It is an insolvent company that makes software for voting machine systems. Please make public information requests for the Board of Elections’ contract with Konnect; other liability or umbrella policies; what public officials are bonded for theft, misconduct, or breach of duty in office, and how much? Then call the insurance company’s fraud department to file a claim.

The source is the World Health Organization. The purpose of a Pandemic Treaty is for 194 countries to create a one-world government under WHO leadership. The treaties are triggered with a declaration of any health emergency as determined by the head of WHO.

How did Yu leave the country without a passport? His wife, Donna Wang, M.D., left Michigan State without notice after working there for 25 years. Konnech’s U.S. headquarters in E. Lansing, Michigan, was vacated on Oct. 14th.
