Flynn Intel Group filed six documents with the Justice Department (DOJ) identifying the firm as a foreign agent or spy for Turkey. The registration tells the DOJ that Flynn no longer represents the best interests of the U.S. Instead, he pledges allegiance to Turkey.
No. Flynn’s lawyers quit Friday. Chief Justice Roberts removed Judge Contreras from the Flynn case. Contreras would have given Flynn a light sentence. Judge Emmett Sullivan replaced Contreras. Sullivan has been lied to by the FBI and Justice Department before. Payback by the Federal Judiciary starts Friday with Flynn getting five years.
Hazelwood was sentenced to 12 and a half years in jail for stealing $10,405,836 from Pilot’s customers. Once Hazelwood’s appeal is over, prosecutors anticipate charging 25 more persons in the Pilot J criminal conspiracy. Jimmy Haslam’s attorneys anticipate their client being charged too.

Butina worked for Tenex, a Russian-owned uranium company. She fudged documents to make bribes paid to Vadim Mikerin look like legitimate business expenses. Butina became an FBI informant in 2011. President Trump’s son, Donald Jr., and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, will be prosecuted by former members of the Mueller team in New York City. The Justice Department will hold a press conference any day in Manhattan to announce their criminal charges. They are currently under seal. William Barr’s prosecuting team is moving their probe of the President to the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York in Manhattan. Mueller’s team of prosecutors were previously based in Washington, D.C.
Butina’s two-year sentence was reduced six months for ratting out George D. O’Neill Jr., 70, a great-grand-son of John D. Rockefeller. According to the FBI, he is a co-conspirator with Butina. She is in Truesdale Detention, a city jail in Alexandria, Virginia. She is in DHS rather than the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. GITMO for her?
