It was for conspiracy to falsify his role as a Turkish spy in Flynn Intel Group. Kickbacks of $80,000 were paid by the Turkish government to Flynn Intel Group.

Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, said she has experience in handling 500 federal cases. According to court records, that number is 28. She has no trial or criminal law experience. What is she doing representing Flynn? Who is paying her?

Once Hazelwood’s appeal rights have been exhausted, 24 others anticipate being charged. They include Jimmy Haslam, owner of the Cleveland Browns and Pilot Flying J. Haslam admitted in writing that Pilot stole $56 million from 5600 customers.

The former CEO and President of Flynn Intel Group, Bijan Kian Rafiekian, helped finance Putin’s VEB bank in Moscow. Kian worked with Evgeny Buryakov in NYC to finance deals for Putin. Carter Page was the informant who wire tapped Buryakov. It resulted in a guilty plea followed by FISA surveillance of Trump.

While an intern for Congress, Alptekin watched Barney, President Bush’s dog. Ekim appointed Kian to his Board of Directors at Eclipse Aviation. They spent Christmas’ together. Ekim is a defendant in the ongoing criminal matter of Kian and Flynn. They also represented Ratio Oil Exploration of Israel.

The defendant, Dmitrii Makarenko, released Friday. Gets to keep a thousand military-grade primers worth $100,000. Used to make sniper bullets. Probation is without supervision. Has already returned to Russia. Retains his U.S. citizenship. Judge was Marcia G. Cooke.

Kian was granted permission from the court to sell his house and travel to California. He has no other conditions of release. Kian is facing 15-years in prison from a July 23rd conviction. He has been on probation since March 21st, 2008 for conspiracy to traffic cocaine. Both cases were heard in Alexandria, Virginia Federal Court.

Will Mike Flynn testify? Or be named a co-conspirator? Is there new evidence?

The Judge was told by Robert Mueller, Jessie Liu, and Sidney Powell, that Flynn was going to testify. Flynn never did. Flynn is staring at five years in jail. Contempt charges and jail time for Mueller, Liu, and Powell too?
