Instead, the LA Judge and DA ignored the court order. They dropped the $2.6 million embezzlement case against Konnech CEO Eugene Yu on Weds.

Nate Cain is the third whistleblower. He confirmed that Konnech CEO Eugene Yu’s election software send and store client data in Wuhan, China. The next hearing in Yu’s criminal case is on April 21st in LA Superior Court, California.

According to Grant Bradley, a key employee who worked directly with Konnech CEO Eugene Yu. Konnech is an election software company based in China. Bradley’s affidavit was filed in Houston Federal Court on Friday. It is evidence marked as “Exhibit H.” It is four pages and is imaged in the story.
